CATOIL BV, based in Almere, the Netherlands, handles crude oil and refined products — including EN590 diesel, Jet A-1, ULSD, marine fuel oils, gasoline and bitumen. Enquiries about related grades are welcome and depend on current commercial availability.
There is no fixed minimum. Typical parcels work in sizes of roughly 10,000 to 70,000 metric tonnes depending on product and load port, but we review every enquiry on its own merits — including smaller or larger volumes.
Yes. Buyers can state a preferred origin or load region. Any indication we provide is always subject to confirmation of availability and applicable export and sanction compliance checks.
We commonly work with FOB, CIF and CFR terms. After an enquiry we confirm in writing which terms can be supported for the specific product, route and volume.
Yes. Through our freight & logistics coordination service we work with vessel operators, terminals and inspection agencies to align scheduling, loading and documentation. We coordinate these services; we do not own ships or terminals.
Enquiries follow a structured six-stage process: inquiry, commercial review, documentation & verification, contract, logistics & coordination, and delivery. Submit product, quantity, origin and destination — we reply with a clear written indication and next steps.
Product, quantity, preferred Incoterm, origin, destination, delivery window and your company and contact details. The more precise the enquiry, the faster a meaningful review is possible.
Contractual specifications are stated in the sale & purchase agreement. Where the contract provides for inspection, samples are taken and analysed by an agency nominated by the parties, and quality certificates form part of the shipping document set.
Review time depends on the completeness of the enquiry and current market conditions. We do not promise fixed response times, but we communicate clearly about the status of your enquiry, Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 CET.
